Hundreds of locals found the sweet spot between the rain and the wind of New Year’s Eve, and celebrated the turn of another new year at the Cenotaph on Queen St. in Niagara-on-the-Lake “It’s always a spontaneous thing,” says Rob Bradley.

“It’s always a spontaneous thing,” says Rob Bradley. “People leave their parties all over town and show up for 15 minutes, and then go back to where they came from.”

“You never know who’s going to be there or what’s going to happen,” Bradley continues. “But it’s just sort of a magical time.”
