There is always a wide variety of artwork and crafts at Artistry by the Lake, June 29 to July 1.

uried show of 80 artists and artisans offering their unique, quality items — paintings, fibre art, sculptures, jewelry, photography, pottery, glass, wood, and more.

Artistry by the Lake at Queen’s Royal Park runs from Saturday, June 29 to Monday, July 1, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Taking  a pleasant stroll through the  park while viewing the show  and enjoying the beauty of Lake Ontario, you will find this is one of the most interesting, refreshing and free activities offered this holiday weekend.

It is also an opportunity to meet the artisans and learn directly about their craft. You will find them eager and happy to share their passion and their knowledge. It’s not only in the doing: it’s in the sharing that these creative people grow in their work, so don’t hesitate to engage with them.

Aside from their deep satisfaction and pleasure in their work, they delight in telling their stories. Have a question? Don’t be afraid to ask.

You will long remember their stories, and  their creations, perhaps finding a treasure to take home.
