1 / 1 Family Day on Queen Street was cold. The wind was blowing snow off shop roofs. The name of the game was ‘Bundle Up’ for most of those spotted. Ice Cream was being eaten though. Tourists were taking photos of each other. There were people shopping and people eating ice cream - nothing stops tourists rom eating ice cream in NOTL! Many were quickly entering the businesses that were open to get a reprieve from the cold before venturing back out. Our snow plow operators were circulating keeping the streets in good condition.David Gilchrist
