1 / 1 The Niagara Divers Association (NDA) held their annual pumpkin carving event on Sunday at the Welland Scuba Park. For the first time a large 80-plus pound Pumpkin was settled to the bottom on top of the wreck feature in the underwater park. Four divers carved on the sides of this pumpkin. Other divers also carved their own pumpkins during the event. This years Halloween dive honoured fellow diver, Jimmy Lockard, a member of the NDA and former NOTL resident who passed away during a dive in Brockville, Ontario recently.David Gilchrist
