The Niagara Bee Group - Honey Harvest Party

Friday, July 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. at 758 Niagara Stone Road, NOTL. Niagara Bee Group bees have been busily working up a storm in the Medicinal Herb Garden, gathering pollen and making honey and now it's time to share. Perfect for kids, who learn all about beekeeping and how honey is made. This interactive experience will tap into the senses: sight, sound, taste, touch and smell!

St. Davids Annual Family Carnival

July 24 - 27.  Open 5 to 10 p.m. Friday, noon to 10 p.m. Saturday. 1462 York Road on the St. Davids Lions Club grounds. Enjoy live music, all the traditional games, shows, amusement rides, lots of great food  and other attractions for the whole family.  Click here for more information.

Davids & DeLaat Downtown Block Party

July 27, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. St. Paul and James Street, St. Catharines

A free family-friendly day of music and fun in the downtown core, the Downtown Block Party returns for its 4th year, with partner Davids & DeLaat. The event features diverse music, vendors, family games, and activities all day long. Enjoy a wide variety of dining and eclectic shopping while dancing through the streets. The Market at the Village

at 111 Garrison Village Drive is open Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m., offering local produce and crafts. It will run Saturdays until Oct. 5. For more information visit https://www.marketatthevillage.com/

Walking Tours

The Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum is offering weekly walking tours of the historic Old Town Saturdays and Sundays until September. The tours begin at 11 a.m. near the gazebo in Queen's Royal Park and end at the museum. There is a cost of $10 per person, which includes admission to the museum to explore its exhibits after the walk, or on another day.

Niagara-on-the-Lake Ghost Walks

Ghost walks are offered Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer, 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Begin at the Ghost Walks Gift Shop, 127 Queen Street, NOTL. Music Niagara - Tribute to Samuel Coleridge-Taylor

Sunday, July 28 at 4 p.m. St Mark’s Church 41 Byron St., Niagara-on-the-Lake. An exceptional concert dedicated to the groundbreaking music of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. This special event will feature the extraordinary talents of pianist Victoria Korchinskaya-Kogan, violinist Atis Bankas, cellist Jonathan Tortolano, and two young Ukrainian musicians, violinist Roman Nykorovych and violist Liubomir Kliufinsky. Together, they celebrate the legacy of Coleridge-Taylor, a British composer of mixed-race descent, who was so influential he was referred to as the "African Mahler.” Click here for more information.For m
