ALEXANDER, Lorne Frederick 1941-2023

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lorne Alexander of Niagara-on-the-Lake on July 18, 2023, in his 82nd year.

Son of the late Frederick and Dorilla (Lozon) Alexander.  Loving husband of Nancy (Hart) of 57 years.  Devoted father of Lorna Alexander Alvi (Dilshad) of Clarkson and Gregory Alexander (Francesca) of Mississauga.  He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Phillip, Daniella & Jeremy, his many nieces and nephews and his sister-in-law Annie Alexander.

Lorne has been reunited with his parents as well as all his brothers and sisters, Henry, Victor, Loretta, Amedie, Martha, Gerald, Rita, Viola, Armand, Clemence, Rosaire, Clarence, Victoria and Patricia.

Lorne was the proud owner and operator of Freelance Tool Supply for 25 years prior to retiring in 2015.  He spent several of his years in the Wallaceburg and Sombra area before moving to Niagara-on-the-Lake to be closer to his family.  Many thanks to the Palliative Care Team with special thanks to his nurse Alex for the continued support and compassion week after week that he gave Lorne.  We will always be forever grateful.
