COSBY, Christopher 'Chris'

After a lengthy illness at NHS-St. Catharines, he passed on Wednesday July 31, 2024 at 62 years of age. Chris left this world peacefully after a struggle with COPD. He fought a battle that most could not endure … he was a tough man!! He was sent on his way in true Irish Style, with Irish music and our families Heirloom Irish Flag, draped over him, that was part of our Mother’s funeral. R.I.P my brother with no middle name; although his “middle” nickname was “Grasshopper”... from the television series, Kung Fu, in the 1970’s. Our hope is that he’s riding his old Norton motorbike across the Canadian Prairies towards the Rockies!! Safe travels my brother …

Chris is survived by his brothers, Mike and Joe; he was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Colette (nee Brady) and brother, Sean. He was an uncle of Liam and Lauryn.

In memory of Chris, a Celebration of his Life will be held at a place he loved to visit, 72 Louth Street, St. Catharines on from 12 - 4 pm on Sunday, September 22, 2024. Stop by for 10 minutes or stay the afternoon. This will be an outdoor gathering, rain or shine. All are welcome and our family feels it's appropriate to celebrate all those that have gone before us. So if you care to, bring a photo of someone you've lost, whether recently or in the past.
