FORFAR, Nicol Alexander

Born on September 5, 1937, in Edinburgh, Scotland, passed away peacefully, on October 31, 2024, in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

 Nicol was the beloved husband of Carol for 58 years.  He was a devoted father of Rachel (Hayden), David (Lize) and Alison (Jerod) and a proud grandfather of Caleb (Vienna), Madison (Austin), Brontë, Jude, Paris (Jacob) and a great-grandfather to Olive, Rhodes and Keir.

One of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Nicol was baptized in 1955 and remained a dedicated and faithful servant throughout his life.  In 1957, he moved from his birthplace in Edinburgh to Canada.

Nicol will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.  He will always be remembered for his laughter, sense of humour, love of family but most importantly for his love of Jehovah.

A Memorial Service for Nicol will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 308 Lake Street, Grimsby, Ontario.
