Born November 25, 1943 (Haltwhistle, UK) – March 7, 2025 (St. Catharines).
Predeceased by his wife, Paulette, on February 12, 2025. Roly, as he was known, celebrated 50 years of marriage to Paulette in April 2022. Proud father of Michael (Heather) and Matt (Aspen); and grandpa to Sam, Farley, James and Clyde. Roly was a professional geotechnical engineer who worked all over the world with his many colleagues from Acres and then Hatch. Roly loved his vegetable garden, music, cryptic crossword puzzles, vacations, good cheddar cheese, but more than anything, he loved Paulette.
He was grateful for the care and comfort he received from the staff at Heatherwood retirement home, from Dr. Kalani and team, and from the nurses and doctors at Marotta Family Hospital.
