Each week Brock University student and Niagara-on-the-Lake resident Ben Foster finds a different location around town to discover, wondering how familiar others may be with where he is. If you know where Ben is in today's photo, please let us know via email to [email protected].
Last week Ben was found standing in front of 130 Front St., the William Kirby House, built in 1818. William Kirby, F.R.S.C., historian, novelist, poet and editor of the Niagara Mail, lived from 1857 to 1906. His historical romance, The Golden Dog, stimulated interest in Canada’s history and won for him international renown.
