Oct. 25 update:

Anthony and Jasmine have been located and are safe. The NRPS would like to thank the media and the public for their help in this matter.  

We have removed their photo from the original media release and our social media.  We would ask the public and media to consider doing the same for their privacy. 

Original report: 

Officers from the 3 District (Welland/Fonthill) office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for two missing youths, Anthony Tulloch and Jasmine Simmonds.

Anthony and Jasmine were last seen on Oct. 23, at approximately 6:45pm, in the area of Roach Avenue and Martin Street in the City of Welland.

Investigative efforts, including a K9 track yielded negative results in locating Anthony or Jasmine.

Anthony is described as:

  • White male
  • 5’
  • Slender build
  • Brown eyes
  • Blonde hair
  • Wearing blue pants with a white stripe and a dark blue winter jacket

Jasmine is described as:

  • Female
  • 4’10
  • Purple shoulder length hair

Both the police and families are concerned for the welfare of these youths.  Anyone who may have information on their whereabouts are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1024325.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477.  Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
