For over 40 years, Make-a-Wish Canada has helped make sick children’s dreams come true, giving them added strength and better outcomes in their fight against sickness or disease.
In St. Catharines on February 9, Queen’s Court, a Queen Tribute act, will raise funds for Make-a-Wish Canada.
“Medical providers overwhelmingly agree that the wish experience contributes substantially to physical, mental, and emotional health for these sick children,” explained a Make-a-Wish Canada spokesperson.
They continued, “As seen in our research, wishes boost hope, strength, joy, confidence, self-esteem, and quality of life, serving as powerful coping mechanisms and turning points during treatment.”
The benefit concert with Queen’s Court features Ontario’s own Sean Hauk who will combine his skills in theatre, dance, comedy and vocals, along with an incredible backup band, to give attendees the Queen tribute experience they will never forget.
“Hauk and the band were awesome; it was an amazing night of Queen!” said one happy audience member.
Hauk will bring out all the Queen hits, including Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions, Radio GaGa, I Want to Break Free, Somebody to Love, Don’t Stop Me Now, Another One Bites the Dust and so many more.
“It was a night of non-stop rock anthems and absolutely unforgettable!” said another attendee.
The Queen’s Court Queen Tribute benefit concert will be happening at Club Roma, 125 Vansickle Rd., St. Catharines, February 9 at 7 p.m.
